09.12.15. What felt like way too early in the morning after an amazing runway show the prior night, we met up with the beautiful and super sweet Sarah Rodeberg for a NYC street style photoshoot. We fell in love with her gorgeous hair and impeccable style on the runway and were thrilled to sneak in a shoot with her before leaving the city.
Ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes of our photoshoots? Here are a few behind the scenes from our Manhattan shoot.
Love all the beautiful textures around the city - we couldn't resist shooting in front of this wall with peeling paint
Hello fuchsia! This vibrant color was painted around the door and on the covered windows of this apartment building - the perfect accent color for some street style photos.
Fuchsia set in between brick? Even better! We had to test out the garbage cans to be sure Sarah could safely stand on them for the photos. ;)
A short break to check out this pink poodle... Yes, that's a pink dog, with a mohawk. The best dressed for fashion week? The owners assured us it was dog-safe fur paint. ;)
Swinging from a lamp post is apparently a scary thing to this lady
And back to shooting, this time on the balcony of the hotel.
And it's a wrap!

The nights at Vous were especially magical. Just after sunset, the night sky would sparkle and glow with stars, just as camp would light up with candles and campfires, illuminating the tipis and tents. Each night, the alcohol was abundant, the music was loud, and the good times were endless.
