Returns and Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your jewelry!  If you don't, we will refund or exchange your jewelry within 7 days of receipt, provided that the jewelry is still in the condition it was received in, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You have 3 choices if you're not in love with your purchase:
  1. Exchange for another item or size
  2. Store credit to be used within 1 year
  3. Full refund of purchase price, less shipping charges
     

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Simply reply to the order confirmation email you received or email us directly and include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
  2. You will receive an email response within 24 hours that includes a pre-paid return shipping label and further instructions for processing your return
     

Mailing Your Return 

Please note that in order to receive a full refund or exchange, jewelry must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in unworn condition. Otherwise we regret that we will not be able to accept it for refund or exchange.

Please take care with unpacking and repacking your jewelry. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit so we recommend that you insure your package and retain proof of insurance. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, however returning jewelry to us is completely FREE.  
 


Processing Time

Refunds: Refunds and exchanges are made within one week of receipt of goods to allow for inspection. It may take one full billing cycle to see the credit appear on your credit card statement.   

Store Credit: Credits to your criscara account will be available immediately after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges: Replacement goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of inspection.

You will be notified as soon as your return, exchange, or store credit is processed.
