Red Sangria Recipe and Bracelet Stack from CriscaraCan you believe it is almost November?  That means the holiday season is right around the corner and one of our favorite things about the holidays is spending time with our family and friends and celebrating.  And of course sparkly jewels

So let's kick off this holiday season with stunning bracelet stacks inspired by some of our favorite festive drinks.  

From delicious holiday classics like spiked eggnog to enticing wanderlust-inspired cocktails like Blue Hawaii's, these easy-to-prepare drinks inspired our most colorful jeweled stack combinations.

First up? Why, sangria of course.  My all time favorite drink year-round, especially when made with Jeremy's no-longer-secret recipe.

Introducing The Sangria Stack

The Jewels:

 Ruby Silver Bardot Cuff + Amethyst Silver Bardot Cuff + Kai Silver Cuff

The Cocktail:

Ingredients
  • 1 Bottle of semi-sweet red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Shiraz) 
  • 1 Lemon cut into wedges
  • 1-2 Oranges cut into wedges
  • 1-2 Limes cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 Cup orange juice
  • 2 Shots of gin
  • 1 Cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 Cup of raspberries and/or blackberries 
  • 1 Cup diced pineapples (fresh, or canned with juice)
  • 4 Cups ginger ale

    Directions
    • Slice the lemon, limes, oranges, pineapple, and strawberries and add them to a large pitcher
    • Mix the fruit, then top with raspberries and blackberries
    • Add the bottle of semi-sweet red wine (or substitute with white for a white sangria)
    • Add the gin, orange juice, and ginger ale
    • Add in 2 Tbsp of sugarand stir
    • Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour for the flavors to mix (it tastes best if left overnight)
    • When you are ready to serve, add an assortment of fruit to an oversized wine glass or cocktail glass and pour in the sangria
    • Enjoy!

    Tip:

    When you run out of sangria, add another bottle of wine, gin, orange juice and ginger ale to the fruit left in the pitcher.  Add more fruit as needed.  One pitcher of sangria fruit can be used for several pitchers of sangria. Yum!
